Workshop Disclaimer

By participating in an ELVT Experience, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Participation and instructions

Participants are expected to follow the instructions provided by ELVT and to use all materials, tools and products carefully and only for their intended purpose.

Please inform a member of the ELVT team if you are unsure how to use a product or tool.

Personal responsibility

Participation in the workshop is at your own responsibility. Participants remain responsible for their personal belongings and for behaving safely and respectfully throughout the Experience.

ELVT is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings, unless this is caused by ELVT’s negligence.

Adhesives, tools and materials

During the Experience, participants may work with adhesives, small decorative items and other creative materials.

Some products may cause irritation, allergic reactions or damage to clothing and personal belongings. Participants should avoid direct contact with the eyes and mouth and must follow all safety instructions.

Please inform ELVT before the workshop if you have any known allergies, sensitivities or medical concerns that may be relevant to your participation.

Finished heels

The heels created during the workshop are handmade and individually decorated by the participant. Small differences, imperfections or variations are a natural part of the creative process.

ELVT cannot guarantee that every charm or decoration will remain permanently attached. The durability of the finished design depends on the materials used, the design chosen, aftercare and how the heels are worn, handled and stored.

Participants will receive aftercare instructions. The heels should not be worn until the adhesive has fully cured.

Decorated heels must be handled with care and may not be suitable for heavy, prolonged or everyday use.

Fit, comfort and use

Participants are responsible for selecting the correct shoe size. Available sizes, colours and styles are subject to availability.

ELVT cannot guarantee that the heels will provide the same fit or comfort for every participant. Participants should stop wearing the heels if they experience pain, discomfort, instability or irritation.

ELVT is not responsible for injuries caused by incorrect sizing, improper use, failure to follow safety or aftercare instructions, or alterations made after the workshop.

Food and drinks

ELVT will try to take reasonable account of dietary requirements and allergies communicated in advance. However, ELVT cannot guarantee an entirely allergen-free environment, as food and drinks may be prepared or handled in areas where allergens are present.

Participants remain responsible for checking whether food or drinks are suitable for them.

Photography and video

Photos and videos may be taken during the Experience. ELVT will request permission before using identifiable images of participants for promotional or social-media purposes.

Participants who do not wish to be photographed or filmed should inform ELVT before the Experience begins.

Participants must respect the privacy of others and should obtain permission before photographing or filming another participant.

Damage caused by participants

Participants may be held responsible for intentional damage or damage caused by careless or improper use of the venue, furniture, tools, products or materials.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits liability where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

ELVT is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for damage resulting from a participant’s failure to follow instructions, improper use of materials or heels, or circumstances beyond ELVT’s reasonable control.

By completing a booking and participating in the Experience, the participant confirms that they have read and accepted this Workshop Disclaimer.

Workshopdisclaimer
