What is included in the workshop?

 

Each ELVT Experience includes one pair of heels, access to the ELVT charm collection, guidance during the design process, snacks, mocktails and packaging for your finished heels.

 

The Signature Experience also includes Polaroid photos and more.

 

What is the difference between the Essential and Signature Experience?

 

The Essential Experience lasts 1.5 hours and includes approximately 1 hour of designing time.

 

The Signature Experience lasts 2.5 hours and includes approximately 2 hours of designing time, three signature mocktails, Polaroid photos and more time to create a detailed design.

 

Will I have enough time to decorate my entire pair of heels?

 

During the Essential Experience, you will have approximately 1 hour of designing time. This may not be enough to fully decorate both heels with a detailed design.

 

For a more complete or elaborate design, we recommend booking the Signature Experience.

 

Do I need any design experience?

 

No experience is required. You will receive guidance throughout the workshop and can create a design that reflects your own personal style.

 

Are the heels included in the price?

 

Yes, one pair of heels is included in the workshop price.

 

Which shoe sizes are available?

 

The available shoe sizes will be shown during the booking process. Sizes are subject to availability, so we recommend booking early.

 

Can I choose the colour of my heels?

 

Yes, you can choose from the colours available for your selected workshop date. Colours and sizes are subject to availability.

 

Can I choose my own charms?

 

Yes, you can select your preferred charms from the ELVT charm collection available during the workshop.

 

Certain premium or limited charms may be subject to availability.

 

Are mixed groups welcome?

 

Yes. ELVT Experiences are suitable for friends, couples, family members, colleagues and mixed groups.

 

Is there a minimum age?

 

ELVT workshops are intended for participants aged 18 and over, unless otherwise agreed for a private booking.

 

Can I book a private workshop?

 

Yes. Private ELVT Experiences are available for bridal showers, birthdays, team events, family gatherings and other special occasions.

 

Please contact ELVT with your preferred date, location and group size to receive a personalised quote.

 

Can the workshop take place at my own location?

 

Yes. Private workshops may take place at a location of your choice, subject to availability.

 

Additional travel, parking, transport and set-up costs may apply.

 

How many people can join?

 

The maximum number of participants depends on the selected date and location. The number of available places will be shown during the booking process.

 

What happens if I arrive late?

 

Please arrive on time, as arriving late may reduce your available designing time.

 

The workshop cannot always be extended because another booking may follow.

 

Can I bring my own charms or decorations?

 

Please contact ELVT in advance if you would like to bring your own materials.

 

Not every item or material may be suitable for attaching to the heels.

 

Do you accommodate allergies or dietary requirements?

 

Please mention any allergies or dietary requirements when booking.

 

ELVT will try to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

 

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

 

Yes. Cancellations and rescheduling are subject to the ELVT Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Are the heels ready to wear immediately?

 

The adhesive may need additional time to fully cure. You will receive aftercare instructions during the workshop.

 

Please do not wear the heels until the recommended curing time has passed.

 

Can I take photos and videos during the workshop?

 

Yes, you are welcome to capture your ELVT Experience.

 

Please respect the privacy of other participants and ask for permission before photographing or filming them.

 

Where does the workshop take place?

 

The location and full address will be shown on the booking page and included in your booking confirmation.
